Sue Warren Medicals provides a speedy, convenient and fully professional medical examination service to satisfy the mandatory requirement for a wide range of vehicle and sea-faring licences. Driver medicals can be arranged at short notice, with next-day appointments often available if necessary, and can also be arranged outside of working hours including evenings and weekends.
Your medical examination will be conducted by Dr Sue Warren BM MRCGP Dips Obs, who has worked as a GP over 25 years. Dr Warren was a senior partner at the Birchwood Practice in Poole for many years and now works across Dorset in a variety of medical roles.

Medical examinations take place at Dr Warren’s fully equipped medical room based in Lytchett Matravers, Poole and include a full consultation and examination during which Dr Warren will:
- Measure your blood pressure and heart rate.
- Perform eye tests (both with and without driving glasses as necessary).
- Test your urine for diabetes.
- Confirm any medication you’re currently taking on the D4 Form.
- Discuss your previous medical history in order to complete the compulsory information requested on the form.
